Alarms

The Alarm feature notifies a user, via email, when a singular meter or group of meters flouts predefined rules.

The solution supports a flexible structure for holding assets, usually buildings or sites, giving a number of layers within a hierarchy.

This function, which is process driven, allows a user to validate the accuracy of their invoices using consumption and cost information.

The Budgets function allows a user to set financial budgets for each utility in their portfolio. Combined with reporting, the user can keep on top of their spending.

Custom Branding

This enables the user to provide “own brand” capability, giving them company banners on their reports and data visualisation screens. They can also configure the colour scheme used by the software.

CRC

This function allows a user to produce their CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme submission. Combined with reporting, the CRC feature provides accurate reporting, including all carbon calculations needed to ensure full compliance.

Data Points

The Data Points component includes those devices under the 'Internet of Things' label, including temperature and carbon sensors. It also allows the user to set up baseline information for utility meters.

Documents

Documents are contained in a library and can be listed, searched, printed, added, deleted and revised. This feature is also used by other applications in the solution such as CRC and Internal audits.

ESOS

The ESOS component allows the user to display their data in a straight forward manner. All data required for ESOS can be stored; electricity, gas, fleet data, and other fuel sources. Our suite of ESOS reports can then be used as part of the ESOS submission.

Internal Audit

The internal audit application gives the user the ability to undertake a self-defined internal audit, typically to address a compliance requirement such as CRC.

The Lite Interface presents a restricted user with an interactive graphical view of their data often with a drill down capability. Most of our partners ask for their own design.

Meters

This function manages all the data relating to a meter including readings, consumption, CO2 and cost for use by other applications in the system. Many types of meter are held including non-energy e.g production, temperature and occupancy.

Our mobile application allows users to submit meter readings to the Senectra platform, via an Android device.

Projects

This function allows the user to create and track energy related projects. It gives the user the ability to assign meters to a particular project, allowing them to track progress and create forecasts based on historical consumption.

Report Management

This feature allows the user to design and run Excel reports. The reports populate with a set of required data, which can then be displayed however the user wishes. Reports can be customised to be in line with the client's branding.

Scheduling

The scheduling component allows reporting to be scheduled, via email, to a set of recipients. Reports can be scheduled at any time of the day, at a customisable frequency. Scheduled report emails can also be customised.

Consumption targets can be set at a meter level, and combined with reporting, can display how a meter is progressing in line with expectations. Targets can be customised, or set based on a previous year's consumption.
